Refreshing Mango Smoothie

Happy Wednesday! Let me get straight to the point, I love smoothies.ย I am a super fan of them! I love trying new smoothie recipes and sharing them with my family. This is probably one of my favorites, being that mango is one of my favorite fruits.

This mango smoothie is super refreshing and easy to make. Besides it being so tasty, it’s full of antioxidants, vitamins and it will give you a boost of energy for the day. Below are the needed ingredients, directions on how to make it & a list of the great amount of benefits this smoothie has.

  • 1 Cup of water (or milk)
  • 2 Cups of fresh mango
  • 1 Cup of frozen banana & strawberry mix
  • 1/2 Tsp of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 Tsp of chia seeds
  • 10 Whole almonds

  1. Wash all your fresh fruit (in this case it was my mangoes) and cut into smaller pieces if necessary
  2. Thaw your frozen fruit before blending (in this case it’s my banana & strawberry mix). The more frozen the fruit, the thicker the smoothie
  3. Place all the ingredients into the Nutribullet (or any blender)
  4. Begin blending until all ingredients are liquefied
  5. You may add more liquid (water/milk, in my case I used water) to thin out the smoothie or add ice to thicken the smoothie depending on your preference
  6. Now you’re ready to enjoy your refreshing mango smoothie
